Abstract

Results of recent research of national and foreign scientists on essence of the category “organizational culture” have been generalized. Author’s own classification of existing determinations of the organizational culture has been presented as well as the determination of the organizational culture has been grounded Узагальнено результати останніх досліджень вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених щодо сутності категорії “організаційна культура”. Подано авторську класифікацію існуючих визначень організаційної культури, обґрунтоване власне визначення організаційної культури
