Problems of executing the state budget ofUkrainein 2010; growth of inflows into the State budget in 2010; actual inflows of the general fund of the state budget in the cut of administrators as well as the tempos of increasing of macroindicators and inflows of VAT from goods produced inUkrainehave been researched. An in-depth analysis of the structure of inflows, managed by the state customs service, in the part of importing goods as well as the reasons of receiving less revenues of the general fund of the state budget has been carried out. Reasons of receiving less individual income tax managed by the state tax service have been specified Досліджено проблеми виконання державного бюджету України у 2010 р; зростання надходжень до Державного бюджету у 2010 р.; фактичні надходження до загального фонду Державного бюджету в розрізі адміністраторів; темпи зростання макропоказників та надходження ПДВ з вироблених в Україні товарів. Виконано глибокий аналіз структури надходжень, що адмініструються Держмитслужбою, в імпорті товарів; причини недоотриманих доходів загального фонду Державного бюджету. Встановлено причини недонадходження податку на доходи фізичних осіб, що адмініструється Державною податковою службою
