Abstract

Major theoretical and practical approaches to forming characteristics of labor potential competence on the basis of high educational technologies over the hole life time and practice of applying obtained scientific and professional knowledge under conditions of production of goods and services with high-innovation constituent have been considered Розглянуто основні теоретичні та практичні підходи щодо формування характеристик компетентності трудового потенціалу на основі високих освітніх технологій впродовж всього життя та практики використання набутих наукових та фахових знань в умовах виробництва товарів та послуг з високою інноваційною складовою. Проаналізовано вітчизняний досвід формування компетентної особистості та запропоновані підходи щодо покращення цього процесу
