History of the securities market in Ukraine of the period of industrial growth of the second half of XIX – early XX centuries has been considered. Significance of foreign investments in industrialization as well as formation of business networks and financial and industrial groups has been presented. Development of financial services and stock exchanges activities in Kiev, Odessa, Kharkiv has been analyzed. Main tendencies of securities market establishment have been distinguished. Розглянуто ринок цінних паперів України періоду промислового підйому другої половини ХІХ – початку ХХ ст. Показано значення іноземних інвестицій в індустріалізації, а також формування бізнес-мереж і фінансово-промислових груп. Проаналізовано розвиток фінансових послуг і діяльність фондових бірж уКиєві, Одесі, Харкові. Виділено основні тенденції становлення ринку цінних паперів.
