Abstract

The significance of international recommendations in insurance sector, in particular Solvency II, as well as the role of international regulation for creating and maintaining the optimal level of insurance market’s financial security have been researched. Advantages and possible disadvantages of implementing Solvency II have been analyzed. Досліджено значення міжнародних рекомендацій у страховій галузі, зокрема Solvency II, та роль міжнародного регулювання у створенні та підтримці належного рівня фінансової безпеки страхового ринку країни. Проаналізовано переваги таможливі недоліки запровадження положень Solvency II у страхову практику.
