Abstract

The essence and peculiarities of the assets management contract have been researched, the critical analysis of similar and distinctive features of this kind of a contract with other contracts, in particular, lease contract, contract of agency, charges, sales has been carried out. Досліджено сутність та особливості договору управління майном,проведено критичний аналіз спільних та відмінних рис даного виду договору з іншими, зокрема, договором оренди, доручення, комісії, продажу.
