Abstract

It has been dedicated to improvement of organizational and economic mechanism of corporation control. Main principles of corporate governance and corporate control as an integral component of efficient work of the joint-stock company have been suggested. Присвячено удосконаленню організаційно-економічного механізму корпоративного контролю. Запропоновано основні принципи корпоративного управління та корпоративного контролю як невід’ємні складові ефективної роботи акціонерного товариства.
