Abstract

Peculiarities and the order of concluding contract and responsibility sharing in real-estate assets management have been researched with the purpose of minimizing risks of the parties of contract relations as well as the increase of completeness and reliability of accounting information. Досліджено особливості та порядок укладання договору і розподілу відповідальності при управлінні нерухомим майном з метою мінімізації ризиків учасників довірчих відносин та підвищення повноти і достовірності бухгалтерської інформації.
