Abstract

Approaches to organizing internal control have been researched as well as major objectives of control subjects by stages of performing business transactions with real-estate have been analyzed. The order of applying control procedures in the process of audit of real estate transactions has been suggested. Досліджено підходи до організації внутрішнього контролю, проаналізовано основні завдання суб’єктів контролю за етапами здійснення господарських операцій з нерухомістю. запропоновано порядок застосування контрольних процедур в ході перевірки операцій з нерухомістю.
