Abstract

Accounting organization in the part of accountants’ professional development due to creation and arrangement of information and educational environment as well as development of the interactive distance methods of staff training of the accounting department as within business entity so through consulting companies, which significantly influence formation of enterprise’s intellectual capital has been considered. Розглянуто організація бухгалтерського обліку в частині професійного розвитку облікових працівників завдяки створенню та впорядкуванню інформаційно-освітнього середовища тарозробленню інтерактивної дистанційної методики навчання персоналу облікового підрозділу як у межах суб’єкта господарювання, так і через консалтингові фірми, що значно впливає на формування інтелектуального капіталу підприємства.
