Abstract

Organizational aspects of carrying out analysis of state and changes of shareholders’ equity and evaluation of financial sustainability of the joint-stock company as well as internal and external factors, which influence company’s financial sustainability, and the list of objects and subjects of carrying out such analysis, information base as well as a number of both general scientific and specific principles of providing analysis of financial sustainability, have been researched Досліджено організаційні аспекти проведення аналізу стану і змін власного капіталу та оцінки фінансової стійкості акціонерного товариства, виділено внутрішні та зовнішні фактори, які впливають на фінансову стійкість підприємства, перелік об’єктів та суб’єктів проведення такого аналізу, інформаційну базу, а також низку як загальнонаукових, так і специфічних принципів забезпечення аналізу фінансової стійкості
