Abstract

Complex approach towards methods of analyzing the optimization of the owners’ equity structure at joint-stock companies (based on the simultaneous maximization of owners’ equity profitability improvement), which guarantees reliability, completeness and effectiveness of estimation of financial and property position of an enterprise on perspective have been grounded. Обґрунтовано комплексний підхід до методики аналізу оптимізації структури власного капіталу акціонерних товариств (на основі одночасної максимізації зростання рентабельності власного капіталу та мінімізації середньозваженої вартості капіталу), що забезпечує достовірність, повноту й ефективність оцінки фінансового-майнового стану підприємства на перспективу.
