УЗАГАЛЬНЕННЯ НАУКОВИХ ПІДХОДІВ ДО ПОНЯТТЯ «КРИЗА НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВІ» // Synthesis of scientific approaches to the concept of «crisis in the enterprises»

The aim of the research is to study the approaches to the definition of «crisis in the enterprises», the selection of their main types and generalization of the system for internal and external crises factors that influence the functioning of the enterprises. The article demonstrates the need for identification of crises types on the main features and characteristics for further considerate crisis management operations of the enterprises. Discussion among many scientists about the determination for the nature and components of the crisis are continued. Currently, among the experts there is no unified approach as to clarification of the nature of the crisis and of the contents of crisis management. Analyzing the system of factors, it was determined that external (exogenous) and internal (endogenous) factors of crisis were working systematically and reinforced the effect on the working of enterprise. The main point for carrying out proper and successful exit from the crisis enterprises is implementing the correct preventive crisis management, but for this it is necessary to be find out all reasons, characteristics and features, which are inherent for this type of crisis. Досліджено підходи до визначення поняття «криза на підприємстві», виділено її основні типи та узагальнено систему зовнішніх і внутрішніх кризових факторів, що впливають на функціонування підприємства. Доведено необхідність ідентифікації типів криз за основними ознаками та особливостями для подальшого виваженого антикризового управління діяльністю підприємства. Розглянуто сутність та складові системи факторів, що діють на функціонування суб’єкта господарювання та за відповідних умов можуть спричинити появу кризової ситуації на підприємстві. Проаналізувавши систему чинників, визначено, що зовнішні (екзогенні) та внутрішні (ендогенні) фактори кризи діють системно, при цьому посилюючи ефект впливу на діяльність підприємства. Основним для здійснення правильного та успішного виходу підприємства з кризової ситуації є впровадження превентивного антикризового управління, але для цього необхідно з’ясувати всі притаманні саме даному типу кризи причини, ознаки та особливості.
