СУТНІСТЬ ТА СКЛАДОВІ МОДЕРНІЗАЦІЙНОЇ СИСТЕМИ ЕКОНОМІКИ // Essence and constituents of modernization system of economy

The article substantiates the necessity and essence systems of modernization economics as part of the socio-economic system of the country and offered its overall scheme. On the basis of analysis of selected major components of modernization system: objective, external and internal environment, objects and subjects, and stage of development, the results of the operation, instruments and mechanisms. Description of the main elements of the system upgrades provided in the article to identify the causes of the inefficiency of its functioning, problems of development, underdeveloped and missing elements and outline the prospects of further development of the system. Обґрунтовано необхідність та розкрито сутність модернізаційної системи економіки як складової соціально-економічної системи країни та запропоновано її загальну схему. На основі системного аналізу виділенj основні складові модернізаційної системи: мета, зовнішнє та внутрішнє середовище, об’єкти та суб’єкти, стан та стадія розвитку, результати функціонування, інструменти та механізми. Характеристика основних елементів системи модернізації, надана в статті, дає можливість визначити причини неефективності її функціонування, проблеми розвитку, недорозвинені й відсутні елементи та окреслити перспективи подальшого розвитку системи.
