Abstract

Theoretical bases of management of corporate culture at public joint-stock companies taking into account specific national legal framework have been formulated. Peculiarities of the Supervisory Board as a customer and controller of implementation strategies of company’s corporate culture have been outlined. Сформульовано теоретичні засади управління корпоративною культурою в публічних акціонерних товариствах з урахуванням специфіки національної нормативно-правової бази. Окреслено особливості використання Спостережної ради як замовника та контролера реалізації стратегії управліннякорпоративною культурою компанії.
