ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ ЗЕРНОПРОДУКТОВОГО ПІДКОМПЛЕКСУ ЖИТОМИРСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ // Features of grain subcomplex operation in Zhytomyr region

Grain production is one of the leading branches of the agricultural sector in Ukrainian national economy. The current level of grain farming reflects the economic situation in the country, which is characterized by such facts as increased production costs, increased competition, the lack of financial resources, the pricing disparity. This situation requires the search of new ways for the development, which in turn will be based on deep analysis and consideration of all the factors influencing on the grain industry effectiveness. The article summarizes the state of grain production on the example of Zhytomyr region, allowing us to determine and analyze the origins of the existing problems and to find potential ways to overcome them both at the regional and the national levels. Conducted research of the grain production state in the region showed that reserves of its efficient operation are based on the improvement of organizational and technological production conditions and establishing sustainable market channel for its implementation by small and medium producers as well as taking into consideration the conditions of man-made area while developing the appropriate public policy. Зернове виробництво є однією з провідних галузей аграрного сектору національної економіки України. Сучасний рівень розвитку зернового господарства віддзеркалює економічну ситуацію в країні, яка характеризується такими явищами, як зростання виробничих витрат, загострення конкуренції, нестача фінансових ресурсів, диспаритет ціноутворення. Така ситуація вимагає пошуку якісно нових шляхів розвитку, які, своєю чергою, мають ґрунтуватися на глибинномуаналізі та врахуванні всіх чинників впливу на ефективність зернової галузі. У статті узагальнено стан виробництва зерна на прикладі Житомирської області, що дало змогувизначити і проаналізувати витоки наявних проблем та знайти потенційні шляхи їх подолання, як на регіональному, так і на загальнодержавному рівнях. Проведене дослідження стану зернового господарства регіону показало, що резервами ефективної його роботи є поліпшенняорганізаційно-технологічних умов виробництва продукції, налагодження стійких каналів її реалізації малими та середніми товаровиробниками, а також урахування техногенних умов області у процесі розробки відповідної державної політики.
