ЕВОЛЮЦІЯ ПОГЛЯДІВ НА ВЛАСНІСТЬ: ВІД РЕЛІГІЙНИХ ДОКТРИН ДО КЛАСИЧНОЇ ШКОЛИ // Evolution of view on ownership: from religious doctrines to the classical school

The transformation of the essence of the category of «ownership» from the historical aspect of the positions of key economic schools, as well as from from idealistic and materialistic points of view has been reviewed in the article. Due to the domination of the liberal principles in socio-economical sphere, the accent is made on the doctrines of the classical school of political economy.It is noted that in the condition of a crisis of modern economic theory of the formation of a new paradigm of development, some scientists stressing out emphasis on the possibility and necessity of bilding «spiritual economy». This concept appeals to fundamental principles of society.The importance of necessity to build a civil form of ownership, which is based on the concept of having a human being in the central position, has been underlined. The main focus was made on the necessity of a balanced development of all forms of ownership on the principles of equity and justice. Attention is paid to the importance of of harmonic combination of social and individual interests. The sociological researches on the role of the state in regulating social and economic processes, including property relations inUkrainehas been analyzed. Розглянуто трансформацію сутності категорії «власність» в історичному аспекті з позицій основних економічних шкіл, а також у ракурсі ідеалістичних та матеріалістичних її трактувань. Із врахуванням домінування в сучасних соціально-економічних відносинах ліберальних засад їх організації акцентовано увагу на доктринах класичної школи політичної економії.Зазначено, що в умовах кризового стану сучасної економічної теорії формування нової парадигми її розвитку деякі вчені пов‘язують із можливістю і необхідністю становлення «духовної економіки», зверненням до фундаментальних підвален розвитку соціуму.Підкреслено важливість побудови цивільно-правових форм власності на засадах людиноцентристської концепції. Розвинуто положення щодо необхідності збалансованого розвитку всіх форм власності. Звернуто увагу на важливість дотримання у відносинах власності узгодженності суспільних та індивідуальних інтересів. Проаналізовано результатисоціологічних досліджень щодо ролі держави в регулюванні соціально-економічних процесів, зокрема відносин власності, в Україні.
