СТАН ЗДОРОВ’Я ДІТЕЙ-СИРІТ У КОНТЕКСТІ ВИРІШЕННЯ ПРОБЛЕМ СИРІТСТВА В ЖИТОМИРСЬКІЙ ОБЛАСТІ // Consisting health of children-orphans is context of decision problems of orphanhood in the Zhytomyr area

Consisting health of children is analysed of Ukraine and certainly basic tendencies of his change during the last years. The special attention is spared the state health of children-orphans the Zhytomyr area. It is marked the problems of orphanhood and processes of institualizacii of children, in particular children-orphans with disability, functional rejections. The basic priority steps of removal discrimination of such children are resulted, including as a result of development inklyuzivnoy education, creation of rehabilitation centers, integrativnoy co-operation of all subjects public policy of overcoming orphanhood. It is suggested to popularize the domestic forms of education of children-orphans, especially those which have problems with a health. Проаналізовано стан здоров’я дітей в Україні та визначено основні тенденції його зміни протягом останніх років. Особливу увагу приділено стану здоров’я дітей-сиріт Житомирської області. Наголошено на проблемах сирітства та процесах інституалізації дітей, зокрема дітей-сиріт з інвалідністю, функціональними відхиленнями. Наведено основні пріоритетні кроки усунення дискримінації таких дітей, у тому числі внаслідок розвитку інклюзивної освіти, створення реабілітаційних центрів, інтегративної взаємодії усіх суб’єктів державної політики подолання сирітства. Запропоновано популяризувати сімейні форми виховання дітей-сиріт,особливо тих, які мають проблеми зі здоров’ям.
