Abstract

In article the characteristics and tendencies of environmental pollution in the main activities is carried out. The basic parameters of the water, soil, air pollution are considered. The basic types of pollutants are analyzed, the consequences of their impact on the economic, environmental and social components of life are defined. The essence of regional ecological safety is investigated, its structure and structure are considered. Based on an analysis of approaches to understanding the essence of regional ecological security necessity to improve state policy in the field of regional environmental management is proved. The main directions of state policy: the use of new forms of financing science, forming an effective strategy for regional development, the establishment of national high-tech centers for the purpose of development of effective mechanism of the regional development, taking into account the environmental component. Проведено аналіз особливостей і тенденцій забруднення навколишнього природного середовища за основними напрямками діяльності. Розглянуто основні показники, щохарактеризують тенденції забруднення водних об’єктів, ґрунтів, атмосферного повітря, визначено основні види забруднювачів, проаналізовані наслідки їх впливу на економічну, екологічну та соціальну складові життєдіяльності. Досліджено сутність поняття «екологічна безпека регіону», розглянуто його склад і структура. На основі аналізу підходів до розуміння сутності екологічної безпеки регіону обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення державноїполітики у сфері управління регіональним природокористуванням. Визначено основні напрямкидержавної екологічної політики: застосування нових форм фінансування науки, формування ефективної стратегії регіонального розвитку, створення національних центрів високих технологій, реалізація яких сприятиме розробці ефективного механізму управління регіональним розвитком з урахуванням екологічної складової.
