For providing of passing to the way permanent ekologo-oriented to development the special attention it is necessary zvernutu on forming of main of principle charts and mechanisms socio social-ecological-economic systems, as features of natural, social and economic operating of region conditions are determined exactly in this system. Possibility ecologically safe development of society stipulated connections and peculiar by him conformities to law of coexistence of man and nature. Determining the results of the activity, state of natural environment, exploiting resource potential of territory naturally, society is determined by a health level, to material well-being by necessary food stuffs, depopulyacii of population, that all that, that forms the standard of living of society on this territory. In same queue, the standard of living of population determines an ecological situation in a great deal.The purpose of this article is determination of osnovinikh skladavikh of regional SEES and possibilities of their co-operation in the conditions of steady development, in fact steady development social-ecological-economic systems, examined as firmness each of subsystems and system on the whole, and in wide sense is the dynamic functioning of all system, including all types of firmness. Для забезпечення переходу на шлях сталого екологічного орієнтованого розвитку особливу увагу необхідно звернуту на формування головних принципових схем і механізмів соціо-еколого- економічної системи, оскільки саме у даній системі визначаються особливості природних, соціальних і господарських умов функціонування регіону. Комплексне вирішення проблем еколого- економічного та соціального розвитку регіонів – це, безумовно, актуальне завдання сучасності. Можливість екологічно безпечного розвитку суспільства обумовлюється зв'язками і властивимиїм закономірностями співіснування людини і природи. Визначаючи результатами своєї діяльності стан природного довкілля, експлуатуючи природно-ресурсний потенціал території, суспільство визначає рівень здоров'я, забезпеченості необхідними продуктами харчування,депопуляції населення, тобто все те, що формує рівень життя суспільства на цій території. У свою чергу, рівень життя населення багато в чому визначає екологічну ситуацію. Метою даної статті є визначення основиних складавих регіональної СЕЕС та можливості їх взаємодії вумовах сталого розвитку, адже сталий розвиток социально-еколого-економічної системи розглядається як стійкість кожної з підсистем і системи в цілому, а в широкому сенсі – це динамічне функціонування усієї системи, включаючи усі види стійкості.
