The conceptually-analytical model of strategic management adequate to actual processes by re-structuring of productive and economic systems in conditions of resource restrictions is developed. The structure of modern system of strategic management by re-structuring of the enterprises in Ukraine is constructed. Розкрито та обґрунтовано ключові положення стратегічного управління реструктуризацією підприємств у контексті формалізації оптимальної для України концептуально-аналітичної моделі їхнього запровадження у практику господарювання з урахуванням: а) вимог до розбудови в державі економіки інноваційно-інформаційного типу; б) рівня розвиненості стратегічного потенціалу промисловості у кожному регіоні; в) відмінностей соціально-економічного розвитку регіональних соціально-економічних систем. Визначено сім конститутивно-ключових напрямів реструктуризації підприємств, репрезентовано важеліїхньої реалізації за використання методу математичної логіки, за чим формалізовано адекватну реальним процесам концептуально-аналітичну модель стратегічного управлінняреструктуризацією виробничо-економічних систем в умовах ресурсних обмежень.
