Abstract

The features of the scientific category of "labor potential" and view of the various scientists on its content have beenanalyzed. The impacts on the labor potential have been studied and the most important ones has been defined. Ways ofimprovement the formation and development of labor potential have been suggested. Проаналізовано особливості наукової категорії “трудовий потенціал” та погляд різних науковців на її зміст. Досліджено фактори впливу на трудовий потенціал та визначено найважливіші з них. Запропоновано шляхи покращення процесу формування та розвитку трудового потенціалу
