Bringing reform in the countryside to the liberalization of prices and production, reorganization and privatization of agricultural enterprises, widespread farmization and removal of the functions of economic regulation, the state is almost completely curtailed investment and financial support to agriculture, its material and technical support Звівши реформи на селі до лібералізації цін і виробництва, реорганізації й приватизації сільськогосподарських підприємств, широкої фермеризаціі й відсторонення від функції економічного регулювання, держава практично повністю згорнула інвестиційну й фінансову підтримку агропромислового комплексу, його матеріальне й технічне забезпечення
