Abstract

The article presents the methods of forming sanation matrix, which should be basis for determining differentiated sanationstrategy of the enterprises. Set of criteria and indicators that characterize sanation power of company, methods of evaluationhas been defined. Alternative sanation strategies for Ukrainian machine-building enterprises have been formed Запропоновано методику формування санаційної матриці, що повинна стати фундаментом для визначення диференційованої санаційної стратегії підприємств. Визначено набір критеріївта показників, що характеризують санаційні спроможність підприємства, запропоновано методи їх оцінювання. Сформовані альтернативні санаційні стратегії для українськихмашинобудівних підприємств
