Abstract

The article reviews the main directions of the state regulation; research has been conducted of normative and legal acts inthe sphere of the innovation activity. The problems of the innovation development which can be solved by grounding ofcontributions of changes to laws by the purposeful innovation policy have been defined Розглянуто основні напрями державного регулювання та проведені дослідження нормативно-правових актів в сфері інноваційної діяльності. Визначено проблеми інноваційного розвитку, які можуть бути вирішені на основі внесення змін до законів за цілеспрямованої державної інноваційної політики
