Abstract

The indicative method of estimating the management potential which is carried out with the application of education component, work experience, incentive, information support, distribution of responsibilities, functional interaction, technical supply, efficiency of production activity has been considered. Розглянуто індикативну методику оцінки управлінського потенціалу, що проводиться з використанням індикаторів освіти, посадового досвіду, мотивації, інформаційного забезпечення, розподілу повноважень, функціональних взаємодій, технічної озброєності, ефективності виробничої діяльності. Підхід формує необхідний комплекс знань про керівників і систему управління підприємством
