The procedure for of giving property objects on lease and lease agreements on renting communal property has beenworked out, the research of the feasibility of competitive procedure of state and public property for rent has been carried out Розроблено порядок передачі в оренду і укладання договорів оренди комунального майна, проведено дослідження доцільності конкурсного порядку надання державного й комунального майна в оренду
