Abstract

In the article the basic statements of the new Customs Code of Ukraine have been considered. The analysis of novations has been carried out. Its advantages and disadvantages have been revealed. The estimation of possible consequences of such changes for the subjects of foreign economic activity has been carried out Розглянуто основні положення нового Митного кодексу України. Проведено аналіз нововведень. Виявлені його переваги та недоліки. Здійснено оцінку можливих наслідків таких змін для суб’єктів зовнішньоекономічної діяльності
