Abstract

Methodic approaches towards estimating the efficiency of stimulating labor productivity of employees at engineering enterprises have been researched. Problems of creating an efficient system of labor motivation in employees of engineering enterprises have been determined. The mechanism of motivating employees with the consideration of the stages of life cycle and indicators of efficiency of personnel management at engineering enterprises has been suggested Досліджено методичні підходи до оцінки ефективності мотивації трудової діяльності працівників підприємств машинобудування. Визначено проблеми створення дієвої системи мотивації праці працівників підприємств машинобудування. Запропоновано механізм мотивації працівників з урахуванням етапів життєвого циклу та показники ефективності управління персоналом на різних етапах життєвого циклу підприємств машинобудування
