Abstract

The results of the scientific research in the sphere of bankruptcy have been generalized. The theoretical criteria of economic and legal essence of the bankruptcy category as the multyaspect mechanism have been determined and characterized Узагальнено результати наукових досліджень у сфері банкрутства. Визначено й охарактеризовано теоретичні критерії економічного та правового змісту категорії банкрутства як багатоаспектного механізму
