Changes in an institutional environment, certain interests and queries of participants of economic relations, predetermine the necessity of adaptation of the system of record-keeping, that fills informative space of management of activity social, ecological and economic directions enterprises efficiency of that causes influence on the level of his cost. In this connection certainly directions of development of record-keeping in part of his constituents (theories, methodologies and organizations) and spheres of display (science, practical activity, professional activity) that assists the increase of meaningfulness of the registration system in the hierarchy of management subsystems.The row of features of functioning of enterprise is educed in an institutional environment, a specific, problems of introduction and realization of the cost-oriented management that allowed to ground directions of him registration and analytical providing, is investigational. Зміни в інституційному середовищі, визначені інтересами та запитами учасників економічних відносин, зумовлюють необхідність адаптування системи бухгалтерського обліку, яка наповнює інформаційний простір управління соціальним, екологічним та економічним напрямами діяльності підприємства, ефективність яких спричиняє вплив на рівень його вартості. У зв’язку з цим визначено напрями розвитку бухгалтерського обліку в частині його складових (теорії, методології та організації) та сфер прояву (науки, практичної діяльності, професійної діяльності), що сприяє зростанню значимості облікової системи в ієрархії підсистем управління.Виявлено ряд особливостей функціонування підприємства в інституційному середовищі, досліджено специфіку, проблеми впровадження та реалізації вартісно-орієнтованого управління, що дозволило обґрунтувати напрями його облікового та аналітичного забезпечення.
