The article is focused on the concepts interpretation of definitions «intellectualization», «informatization» and «information about the business activities». Enterprises intellectualization is a process of accumulation and improving the structure companies intellectual potential for achieving the strategic goals in globalizations and hyper competitions terms.An author’s opinion the informatization is the enterprises security by the modern hardware and software to obtain the required amount of information for making effective management decisions. Information about the business activities - is any notice of the business facts in the economic life, which have a significant impact on property performance.The range of intellectualization costs, their informatization and information have been revealed and the proportion of these costs in total costs of enterprises have been set. A new analytical accounts related to the cost of intellectualization have been proposed. An author's opinion on the sequence analysis of costs on intellectualization, informatization and information has been considered. Дано авторське трактування понять «інтелектуалізація», «інформатизація» та «інформація про економічну діяльність підприємства». Інтелектуалізація підприємства є процесом нагромадження, розвитку та поліпшення структури інтелектуального потенціалу підприємства з метою забезпечення його стратегічних цілей в умовах поглиблення глобалізації та гіперконкуренції. Під інформатизацією автор розуміє процес наповнення підприємства сучасними технічними засобами і програмним забезпеченням до них, з метою отримання бажаного обсягу інформації для ухвалення ефективних управлінських рішень. Інформація про економічну діяльність підприємства – це будь-яке повідомлення про факти господарського життя, які мають суттєвий вплив на майновий стан підприємства. Розкрито номенклатуру витрат на інтелектуалізацію, інформатизацію й інформацію та встановлено їх питомі ваги у загальних витратах підприємства. Запропоновано запровадити нові аналітичні рахунки, пов’язаних з витратами на інтелектуалізацію. Висловлено авторський погляд щодо послідовності аналізу витрат підприємства на інтелектуалізацію, інформатизацію й інформацію.
