ФОРМУВАННЯ СИСТЕМИ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ УПРАВЛІННЯ РИНКОВОЮ ВАРТІСТЮ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА // Forming of system of dataware of management market value of enterprise

The aim of the research is the determination of the financial, fiscal and administrative accounting in giving the information with the aim of the influence as well as the management of enterprise market value. The notion of the dataware of the enterprise market value, meaning the combined information contained in the data bases of the systems of account, analysis and control of the enterprise aimed at the regulation (increase and decrease) of the reliable price for which the enterprise can be sold at the competitive market on the estimation date of given enterprise property according to the agreement made between a buyer and a seller has been improved after analyzing reference, educational and scientific materials where the issues concerning the notions «management», «market value of the enterprise», «dataware» and «economic potential» were considered. Basic accounting information necessary for the management of enterprise value (primary (financial, administrative, fiscal accounting) and secondary (information, received after the internal economic control and analysis)) has been considered. Основним джерелом, що дозволяє правильно розрахувати та оцінити вартість підприємства є правильно відібрана, повна, оброблена та проаналізована інформаціїя про діяльність підприємства, яка поділяється на зовнішню та внутрішню. Метою написання статті було визначення місця фінансового, податкового та управлінського обліку в наданні інформації для розрахунку та управління ринковою вартістю підприємства. В статті доведена необхідність використання інформаційного забезпечення для управління ринковою вартістю підприємства. Розглянуто сутність та складові системи інформаційного забезпечення для потреб управління ринковою вартістю підприємства. Проаналізувавши складові формування системи інформаційного забезпечення для потреб управління ринковою вартістю підприємства було запропоновано удосконалити поняття «інформаційне забезпечення управління ринковою вартістю підприємства». Узагальнено інформаційні джерела бухгалтерського обліку, що використовуються для управління ринковою вартістю підприємства та доведено важливість її використання при розрахунку та управлінні ринкової вартості.
