Для визначення завдань та доцільності об’єднання, злиття/поглинання або внутрішньофірмової інтеграції удосконалена матриця стратегічних намірів на основі формулювання джерел та сфер виникнення інтеграційних переваг, шляхів та інструментів досягнення бажаних вигід.
