РИЗИКИ БЕЗРОБІТТЯ ЗА ПРОФЕСІЙНОЮ ОЗНАКОЮ В КОНТЕКСТІ СТРУКТУРНИХ ДИСПРОПОРЦІЙ РИНКУ ПРАЦІ // The risks of professional unemployment in the context of the structural inequalities of the labor market

The problems of the structural imbalances of the labor market of Ukraine, which are resulted in the unemployment risks of the specific professional groups, have been analyzed. It was noted that the nature of the structural imbalances in the labor market is determined by the relationship of professionally qualification structure of the unemployed population and available vacancies. It was assumed that the unemployment risk according to the specific sections of professions is a theoretical probability of the unemployed status conservation during the calendar year; the rate of risk of an occupational group is determined by checking of the constructed hypotheses validity. A formal methodological tool for risk assessment according to the sections of professions was propounded. The deviation calculations to determine the confidence interval of the unemployment professional risk were made. The confidence interval risk of the professional unemployment is a fixed interval of possible values of the estimated parameters by the level of the confidence probability.The results of the deviation analysis made it possible to make conclusion about the most significant differences in the lengths of the confidence interval of the unemployment professional risk for the first group of occupations which corresponds the statistical data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. Проаналізовано проблеми структурних диспропорцій ринку праці України, наслідком яких виступають ризики безробіття окремих професійних груп. Зазначено, що характер структурних диспропорцій на ринку праці визначається взаємозв’язком професійно-кваліфікаційної структури незайнятого населення та наявних вакансій. Запропоновано формалізований методичний інструментарій оцінки ризиків за розділами професій. Проведено розрахунки відхилення для визначення довірчого інтервалу ризику професійного безробіття. Довірчим інтервалом ризику професійного безробіття є встановлений інтервал можливих значень оцінюваного параметра за рівнем довірчої ймовірності.
