Abstract

The author’sapproach to construction of anoptimal prediction model of organizational and economic modernizationon the food industry enterprise’s is formulated in the article. The weaknesses of the models built on the results of regression and correlation analysis are defined. The expediency of prediction by the method of statistical dependencies equations is described and the scope of proposed model application is substantiated. It is reasoned that the practical use of correlation and regression analysis for factors influenceon the results of economic activity investigation leads to certain complications, that’s why the method of statistical dependencies equations is used for studying the relationships between the factors and results of production activity. The particular interest of this method lies in the identification of factors.their changeswith a given level of economic indicator or with its replacement by a set value. The econometric model, which allows to estimate the influence of factors and actual indicatorson production manufacturing on the food industry enterprise’s is proposed in the article.
