Abstract

The need for management of business risks under current economic conditions has been researched. By the analysis of scientific researches, the main essential characteristics and structural elements of risk have been determined, as well as the directions of its minimization via the interaction of structural departments of enterprise in management of business risks have been highlighted. The influence of business risks on formation, distribution and use of profit has been identified. The analysis of existing risk management practices at national enterprises has been carried out. Досліджено необхідність здійснення управління господарськими ризиками підприємства за сучасних умов господарювання. Шляхом аналізу наукових досліджень визначено основні сутнісні характеристики та структурні елементи ризику та виділено напрями їх мінімізації через взаємодію структурних підрозділів підприємства під час управління господарськими ризиками. Встановлено вплив господарських ризиків на формування, розподіл та використання прибутку підприємства. Здійснено аналіз існуючої практики управління ризиками на вітчизняних підприємствах.
