The given article iliustrated developed technology of elaboration process and management decision-making in the management of the enterprise. Determined that the main criteria for technology management decision are: the importance, frequency, urgency, treatability and alternativeness. Justified that alternativeness precisely complicates the choice of the optimal management decision. In this context, formalized developed model of adoption and implementation of management decisions are proposed, which includes the main criteria for determining the possibilities of achieving the target (desired) state of the process. The developed technology management decision is a set of interrelated procedures ranging from routine targets and to evaluation of the effects (economic and social) from sales management solutions, forming the basis of the qualitative development of the enterprise. To make a selection the highest priority alternative modified approach is proposed to assessing the priority of alternatives on which possible accounting of key parameters and opinions of different coalitions (managers and specialists as well as actors and performers of business processes) in consideration of the most significant alternatives. Practical application of the developed technique will facilitate the overall effectiveness of the management system of enterprise development. Запропонована формалізована модель процесу розробки, прийняття та реалізації управлінських рішень, яка містить основні критерії для визначення можливостей досягнення цільового (бажаного) стану системи; розроблені основні етапи технології прийняття управлінського рішення відносно розвитку підприємства та запропонований модифікований алгоритм Сааті для оцінки пріоритетності альтернатив.
