НАУКОВИЙ ПАРК ЯК ДЖЕРЕЛО ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ // Research park as a source of innovation

The questions of economics and clustering using the cluster approach from the standpoint of promotion of innovative activities. The economic essence of clustering and the experience of the practical implementation of cluster initiatives in the domestic economy. The role of scientific and educational institutions as centers of innovation and expediency of creation on their basis of science parks. Defined goals, objectives and benefits of science parks, among which the most important is access to knowledge and innovation. Determined the effects of science park activities, including: economic, social, financial, innovation, information, budget, resource, technical, technological, scientific, educational, organizational, managerial, environmental and others. Indicated on the role of science park as the source, forming a system of dissemination of new knowledge and technology, provides acceleration transformation of inventions into innovations and innovation – in a competitive advantage, creating a foundation for future innovation. Розглянуто питання кластеризації економіки та використання кластерного підходу з позиції активізації інноваційної діяльності. Досліджено економічну сутність кластеризації та проаналізовано досвід практичного втілення кластерних ініціатив у вітчизняній економіці. Досліджено роль науково-освітніх установ як центрів інноваційного розвитку та обґрунтовано доцільність створення на їх основі наукових парків. Визначено мету, завдання та переваги наукових парків, серед яких найбільш важливою є доступ до знань та інновацій. Визначено ефекти діяльності наукового парку, серед яких: економічний, соціальний, фінансовий, інноваційний, інформаційний, бюджетний, ресурсний, техніко-технологічний, науковий, освітній, організаційно-управлінський, екологічний тощо. Вказано на роль наукового парку як джерела, що формує певну систему поширення нових знань і технологій, забезпечує прискорення процесу трансформації винаходів в інновації, а інновацій – в конкурентні переваги, створює фундамент для майбутнього інноваційного розвитку.
