Abstract

In the article the author’s approach to the definition of the «cash flow budget organization» and reasonable accounting and economic characteristics of the cycle cash flow budget organizations. Presents a set of technologies accounting cash flows of general and special funds budget institutions to ensure effective management of the cash flows of budget organizations. Запропоновано авторський підхід до визначення категорії «грошові потоки бюджетної установи» та обґрунтовано обліково-економічну характеристику процесу кругообігу грошових потоків бюджетних організацій. Представлено комплекс технологій бухгалтерського обліку потоків грошових коштів загального та спеціального фондів бюджетних установ для забезпечення ефективного управління грошовими потоками організацій бюджетного сектора.
