Abstract

The article defines the approaches to the interpretation of innovation, on the basis of which reveals the content of the concepts of "banking innovation" and "innovative banking product". Based on the analysis of commercial banks ofUkrainemissions proved customer-proven innovation banks. Investigated signs referring bank products (services) to innovate. Визначено підходи до трактування інновацій, на основі яких розкрита сутність понять «банківська інновація» та «інноваційний банківський продукт». На основі аналізу місій комерційних банків України доведена клієнтоорієнтованість інноваційної діяльності банків. Досліджено ознаки віднесення банківських продуктів (послуг) до інновацій.
