Abstract

The necessity to define the stages control product category, the main objectives of the store depending on product categories application of the technique of cross-categorical analysis of the retailer's product range, the definition of a set of measures to improve the assortment policy. Обґрунтовано необхідність визначення етапів управління товарною категорією; основних цілей магазину залежно від товарних категорій; застосування методики кроскатегорійного аналізу товарного асортименту рітейлера; визначення комплексу заходів щодо вдосконалення асортиментної політики.
