РЕТРОСПЕКТИВНИЙ АНАЛІЗ ДИСЕРТАЦІЙНИХ ДОСЛІДЖЕНЬ З ПРОБЛЕМ РОЗБУДОВИ ЕКОНОМІКИ ЗНАНЬ В УКРАЇНІ // Retrospective analysis of dissertation research on the development of knowledge economy in Ukraine

To demonstrate the degree of coverage devoted to the development of the knowledge economy in our country, the author conducted bibliometric research abstracts of theses are protected during 2000-2011 years. The main issues raised by researchers at work: basic categories and concepts of knowledge economy, spreading the ideas of building a knowledge economy in our country, the approaches to the problems of diagnosis and evaluation of the development of the knowledge economy at different stages of evolution. The studing of the existing acquits in the field of the knowledge economy revealed bottlenecks that remain unresolved at this time. The analysis confirmed the fragmentation of national research in the knowledge economy. There is not found any work that would have been devoted to the investigation and disclosure of the theoretical and practical foundations of the relationship of the components of the knowledge economy, structural analysis, evaluation and diagnosis levels of development of the knowledge economy in the regional context. Consequently, a number of theoretical and practical aspects on the development of science-based approach to the development of the knowledge economy and the methodology of evaluating its levels in our country is still not illuminated. Is a need to further develop the chosen direction of research. З метою розкриття ступеня висвітлення питань, присвячених розбудові економіки знань в нашій країні автором проведено бібліометричне дослідження авторефератів дисертацій захищених протягом 2000–2011 рр. Визначено основні питання, що піднімаються дослідниками в роботах: основні категорії та поняття економіки знань; розповсюдження ідей розбудови економіки знань в нашій країні; підходи до вирішення проблем діагностики та оцінювання рівнів розвитку економіки знань на різних етапах еволюції. Вивчення вже існуючого доробку в сфері економіки знань дозволило виявити проблемні моменти, які залишаються невирішеними на даний момент. Аналіз підтвердив фрагментарність вітчизняних досліджень у сфері економіки знань. Не виявлено жодної роботи, яка б була присвячена дослідженню та розкриттю теоретичних і практичних основ взаємозв’язку складових економіки знань, структурному аналізу, оцінки та діагностики рівнів розвитку економіки знань у регіональному аспекті. Отже, ряд теоретичних і практичних аспектів щодо розробки науково-обґрунтованого підходу до розвитку економіки знань та методології оцінювання її рівнів в нашій країні залишається й досі не висвітленим. Це зумовлює необхідність подальшої розробки обраного напряму дослідження.
