ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ ОСНОВИ САНАЦІЇ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ: СУТНІСТЬ ТА ФУНКЦІЇ // Theoretical basis of readjustment of enterprises: the essence and functions

The essence of readjustment on various aspects of the study including such aspects: historical, economic, financial, functional, legal (law), social and organizational. Particular attention is paid to organizational aspects of readjustment research in the structure which proposed to allocate two units: structural and power stages and phases. The key point of the process of readjustment defined range of ways to combine members into cohesive, unified system (structural unit), which is reflected in the organizational environment of the rehabilitation procedure. A new approach in determining the nature of rehabilitation is getting functions readjustment of the position of macro and micro levels. The study found the main characteristics of rehabilitation as an economic category and asked to determine its nature in key areas: content, in the form of manifestation by promising direction for causing factors by source of funding. Using scientific methods of analysis, synthesis and logic synthesis proposed definition of «readjustment». Розкрито сутність санації за різними аспектами дослідження серед яких виділено історичний, економічний, фінансовий, функціональний, правовий, соціальний та організаційний аспекти. Особливу увагу приділено організаційному аспекту дослідження санації, в структурі якого запропоновано виділяти два блоки: структурний та блок стадій і етапів. Ключовим моментом організації процесу санації визначено вибір способів об’єднання учасників у злагоджену єдину систему (структурний блок), що відображено в організаційному середовищі процедури санації. Новим підходом у визначенні сутності санації є виділенння функцій санації з позиції макро- та мікрорівнів. За результатами дослідження з’ясовано основні характерні ознаки санації як економічної категорії та запропоновано визначати її сутність за основними напрямками: змістом, формою прояву, перспективною спрямованістю, обумовлюючими чинниками, джерелами фінансування. За допомогою наукових методів аналізу, синтезу і логічного узагальнення запропоновано власне визначення поняття «санація».
