Abstract

The perspective of possible hostile takeover of the domestic enterprise JSC "Farmak" has been determined by using SPACE-position analysis. Methods of assessing its resource potential as a prerequisite of efficient implementation of protection strategies in terms of unfair competition have been presented. Визначено за допомогою SPACE-аналізу положення вітчизняного підприємства ПАТ “Фармак” з позиції можливого здійснення недружніх поглинань. Наведено методику оцінки його ресурсного потенціалу як передумови ефективної реалізації захисної стратегії в умовах недобросовісної конкуренції.
