Abstract

The peculiarities of the product value added formation process at the meat industry enterprises have been grounded as well as this process has been characterized. Обґрунтовано особливості та охарактеризовано процес формування доданої вартості продукції підприємств м’ясопереробної галузі в умовах вертикальної інтеграції.
