Abstract

The concept of ‘ecological safety’ has been clarified in the article. The ecological state ofUkrainehas been analyzed, basic reasons of ecological unsafety have been formulated. The basic principles of the mechanism of securing ecological safety in the context of national sovereignty have been analyzed. Priorities of ecological and economic development ofUkrainehave been formed and are called to stimulate the execution of progressive strategies of nature disposal and renewal of natural resources taking into consideration the level of international ecological security. Конкретизировано понятие “экологическая безопасность”, проанализировано экологическое состояние Украины, сформулированы основные причины экологической небезопасности. Проанализированы основные принципы механизма обеспечения экологической безопасности в контексте национального суверенитета. Сформулированы приоритеты эколого-экономического развития Украины, призванные стимулировать реализацию прогрессивных стратегий природопользования и возобновления природных ресурсов с учетом уровня международной экологической безопасности.
