Abstract

Thе article presents the methodical approach to risk-navigator developing to monitor the threatening events and improve the efficiency of the enterprise. The effect of constant, dynamic, rocking and migratory risks on the effectiveness of enterprise functioning at various stages of company’s strategic development has been investigated. The sequence of measures to be taken in order to minimize the risks has been determined. Запропоновано методичний підхід до розробки ризик-навігатора з метою моніторингу загрозливих подій і підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства. Досліджено вплив сталих, динамічних, маятникових і мігруючих ризиків на результативність функціонування підприємства на окремих етапах стратегічного розвитку компанії. Визначено послідовність застосування заходів щодо мінімізації ризиків.
