This issue contains the research of law and theoretical foundations that cause the need to develop and implement the quality control system by subjects of audit activity and analysis comparability of the International Standards oт Quality Control 1 (ISQC 1) with the Regulation on the national practice of quality control audit services 1 “Organization of the quality system audit services by audit firms and auditors” (RNPQC 1) in context of their using in practice of subjects of audit activity. Розглядаються законодавчі та теоретичні основи, що викликають необхідність розробки та впровадження суб’єктами аудиторської діяльності систем контролю якості, аналізується зіставність положень Міжнародного стандарту контролю якості 1 (МСКЯ 1) та Положення з національної практики контролю якості аудиторських послуг 1 “Організація аудиторськими фірмами та аудиторами системи контролю якості аудиторських послуг” (ПНПКЯ 1) в контексті їх застосування в практичній роботі суб’єктами аудиторської діяльності.
