Abstract

We consider a systematic approach to the essence of a culture of innovation, defined its place in the overall potential of the company.Proposed approaches to building effective management given the characteristics of a culture of innovation, which is the result of social and economic interaction of innovative enterprise. Розглянуто системний підхід щодо сутності інноваційної культури, визначено її місце у загальному потенціалі підприємства. Запропоновано підходи до побудови ефективного управління підприємством з огляду характерних особливостей інноваційної культури , яка є результатом соціально-економічної взаємодії суб'єктів інноваційної діяльності підприємства.
